Home Renovation

This home was completely repainted, wallpaper removed and walls patched. Re taped joints that had cracks etc. The Kitchen had new paint for the cabinets, a granite counter top replaced the old arbrite, new stainless steel sinks, faucets, automatic door closer's for the cupboard doors, new backsplash, skylight was reworked, LED lighting was added. The bathrooms were completely gutted and new Kerdi system showers, with glass doors, overhead shower, fully tiled, granite counter tops etc.  The Laundry room again was completely removed and a new laundry room with new cabinets was installed. Home Renovation

New hardwood flooring throughout to replace old carpet. The fireplace was done in stone and old railway ties. Walls patched and new coat of paint afterwards.

Home Renovation

An old mudroom was completely gutted, re framed and drywalled to give the home more useable space. New doors and entrance put in, and the flooring was installed. The flooring consisted of old Ottawa River logs (100 plus years old from Ottawa's Bytown lumber days) being pulled up from the bottom of the river, dried, processed and installed in a grid like pattern with slate square inserts. (3rd picture). The master bedroom was completely redone with the addition of an open concept ensuite bathroom, and custom millwork. The walls had trim added for the panel look. The carpet was removed throughout the home to find a really old hardwood floor that we then sanded, repaired and finally re finished. New oak was used in a few door openings to dress them up.

Commercial Renovation

This is an older Auto Garage that was showing its age. The inside had wood panels, and after many new additions over the years was starting to lose any sense of "direction". The inside was completely gutted and redone, with a new modern sitting lounge, a service counter and office space away from the public for the employees. The exterior was completely redone to get rid of the old dented and rusted tin, to give this shop a modern look and feel. New LED lighting outside to add to customers safety and security. The parking lot was resealed to clean it up. Before pics and during pics can be seen on facebook but a few have been added here. Computer network installed, a marketing monitor was setup and installed. Wifi for the customers and a tea/coffee cart/station was built.

Laneway Repair

RBC Foundation Repair

A fire to a neighbouring building cause windows to blow out from the extreme heat, and caused an underground city main to burst which flooded out the RBC branch. We repainted and repaired the interior as well as fixed the foundation damage from the water leaks. The following are pictures of the exterior work done to correct the foundation.

RBC Drive Through Renovation

A drive through ATM needed sprucing up. 

New Cedar Fence 

A new fence was required for a pool. Not pictured was the short lattice work above the fence to finish it off for privacy.

Small Heated Workshop

A small heated workshop was built to move a garage into. the garage was phase 2 and was transformed into a living space. 

Garage Conversion to Living Space
